These pads were purchased to replace my old O-cedar mop. While they fit perfectly on an old handle and do a decent job, they're much smaller and less durable than older mops. Unfortunately, not everything gets better over time, because cost reduction is more important than maintaining quality. If this is your first experience with o-cedar then you will not be disappointed. For example, I don't want to see how much the quality of the pens has deteriorated.
