I have this Imminutity3 Nuun in the Super Berry variant. I made it according to directions (1 packet per 16 ounces of water) and found it had a nice light berry flavor. Smooth salty mouthfeel. That's the flavor level I want in an electrolyte drink. I prefer it mild to spicy. It has a slightly more pronounced flavor than some, but I think it has to do with the powder to water ratio. By making it according to her instructions, I think it makes an amazing tasting drink. I find it quite comfortable and refreshing on a hot day with ice cream. i love its formula. More than an electrolyte blend, it also contains immune-supporting ingredients and prebiotics. I would find this particularly important on days when I feel exhausted or when a cold sets in. I think I'll add the box to my "cold care kit" as I suspect we'll see an increase in colds and other illnesses once mask restrictions are lifted. Probably indispensable for stomach diseases (gastroenteritis, etc.). But for the daily electrolyte? Mmm maybe. Take a look at the ingredients list and decide if these ratios are right for you. I think this is good for those who really need to change the electrolyte ie. very sweaty day, heavy physical activity, long hike, need for rapid hydration beyond what water can provide. It really has a formula that I can rely on to help me feel good in response to dehydration or a great way to start charging electrolytes. I always carry a few packets of electrolyte mix with me - in the car, in my purse, in my duffel bag. If you've ever been in a situation where your electrolyte levels were low and dehydrated, it's amazing how quickly this can help (over plain water). But it's up to you - you know what you need and what/when you're going to use it. They also have varieties that do not contain an immunity blend but focus on a core electrolyte blend. I think this brand is quality and I would consider it again.
