Review on 🥇 Premium Quality: USA Pan American Bakeware Classics 8 inch Square Baking Pan, Aluminized Steel by Matt Mix

I bought this brand on the advice of Caroline Ketchum (of All Day I Dream About Food). I made almond flour brownies in it and it turned out perfect. The label says to oil the pan and DO NOT use cooking spray. I used ghee and a pastry brush. The instructions also say to flour the pan, but my brownie recipe had so much fat that I didn't bother and the brownies didn't stick to the pan. Duck/chicken fat, avocado oil, peanut butter - anything saturated or monounsaturated. Don't use vegetable oil as it will eventually make the pan sticky. Definitely recommend paying the price for this gem. I can't wait to bake something else!
