Have purchased from this company before and have been very pleased with their products, speedy delivery and packaging. As far as this product goes - 100 inch Extendable Cleaning Cloths (4 pack) - I'm pretty impressed so far. ADVANTAGES: 1. Remote pole (can easily reach 12ft ceilings): 2. Easy to assemble: 3. Light weight: 4, collects dust well: 5. Cobweb remover works well too 6. Appears to be well assembled: 7.I particularly Good thing you can bend the microfiber duster to fit any profile (round, flat, angled) high surface area. CONS: 1. Watch the plastic hinge that secures the rags to the back of my head and try not to put pressure on the rag more than necessary. You think that with more pressure it will become clearer. It's really just the gentle touch of a rag on the surface to be cleaned. But if this build ever breaks, it will at this point. However, this is NOT implied, so it doesn't really count. 2. Most high-end microfiber towels are made of hard plastic. I would prefer to see a softer tip as you run harder, this end hits something delicate, if you scratch the surface it will mark it. It left a very faint stain on my white ceiling (like a hairline), although it's not visible from the floor. This CON is easily treated by learning to avoid pressure with the tip of the rag on sensitive surfaces. 3. I would like an ergonomic handle: The cloth is light, but when it is fully pulled out it strains the hand and forearm muscles after a few minutes; The ergonomic handle helps a lot. OVERALL I have to give this product 5 stars because the functionality, design and quality far exceeded my expectations. I hope it stays that way.
