Poor quality control
I have been working in biomedical engineering repairing medical devices for over 20 years. Xcelite tools have always been highly appreciated. Their materials still seem to be of good quality, but they don't verify the final quality of the manufactured product. Honestly, they'd better get together before they lose their reputation. Klein makes the best screwdrivers - check out Klein #608-4 for an alternative to the Xcelite R184. act. Garbage!
