Review on ViewSonic VX2457-MHD Gaming Monitor - FreeSync, 1920X1080P, 75Hz, Flicker-Free by Chris Cutler

Good monitor for the price but there are some issues. The one that arrived looked like it had been thrown from the back of a UPS truck, but my expectations have been badly dampened lately. It works decently, except the display port doesn't seem to be detecting any signals - tried it with native output from a Dell dock. The VGA display is "wavy" and seems to have some interference no matter where I place the monitor or run the cable. At least I had HDMI as an option that works. This is the only reason I deducted 2 stars - only one of the three input ports worked. The main reason I chose this monitor was that it had a built in speaker. that's how it is and it works. And it sounds exactly what you'd expect from a tiny speaker. It also has an audio output if you want higher quality, but broken connections will make this monitor live in my network closet, so don't worry too much.
