Disappointed

All three buttons bent and then snapped into a plastic flexpress. Make sure you have the best tools, or consult a jeweler. Unfortunately, I can not. So now I have nothing but pieces. The pins are made in the shape of a hairpin. Would send it back if I could. Too bad the strap looks good, thinner than mine.
