I like that the Lovingly team is always there to help and the platform is so easy to use and navigate. As a florist with a very small staff, Lovingly has been the best tool for me to use to connect with my customers and provide them with the best service. The customer service has been amazing and I don't have to worry about a thing. I don't have to worry about the platform being too complicated. Lovingly has made our lives easier! I would highly recommend Lovingly to other florists. I don't have any complaints. Lovingly has been a great addition to our business and our customers have loved it as well.
