I have replaced all the construction pulls in my house with these. I bought through levers, secret levers, fake levers and a security system with screw kits. I love her! They look great, feel good in the hand, and don't dangle or wobble. They were well packaged and none of them had any damage or scratches when I received them. Installation was easy. I've had to change the distribution on a few (they go right handed and a couple of my doors are left handed). Changing gears was very easy and each box had a tool for it. It also includes bezels with square and rounded edges. I had to replace all the front panels; They came with a square attached to a latch assembly and I needed a rounded edge. They can be easily replaced with a slotted screwdriver. I thought the included instructions were clear, detailed, and included pictures for those of us who are "visual learners". Key sets came with a large number of keys. I selected "same key" for 2 locks and deadbolts ordered and all locks work with the same key. There were 2 keys for each latch and lever (I have 8 identical keys in total). So if you have 6 kids and a spouse, it's fine! lol My only downside is that I wish the studs were a bit longer for thicker exterior doors, but they fit. Overall I love them and would order again if I needed more.
