Good one piece smooth stainless steel knife that is dishwasher safe
Good one piece smooth stainless steel knife. Looks very nice and is well built. Most steak knives listed are marked "Hand wash recommended". No thanks, I want to (safely) throw them in the dishwasher. The only downside was that the tines tend to tear the meat when cutting and it's not a clean cut from the knife. But they are definitely sharp and cut well.
