These knives are fantastic! Nice heavy grips that fit my hand well and also my husband's much larger hand. Very very sharp blades, be careful! I hand wash them and dry them straight away to keep the finish/shine flawless. Love the fact that they are all one piece with no nooks or crannies for food or bacteria. If I need more steak knives, I will look for these!

Good one piece smooth stainless steel knife. Looks very nice and is well built. Most steak knives listed are marked "Hand wash recommended". No thanks, I want to (safely) throw them in the dishwasher. The only downside was that the tines tend to tear the meat when cutting and it's not a clean cut from the knife. But they are definitely sharp and cut well.

I was first impressed with these knives which I bought for my daughter. They are beautiful to look at, sharp and pleasant to the touch, not too heavy but not too light either. I'm also impressed with their customer service, a small defect on one knife was fixed with a new set in a few days. The honesty of the seller is very important to me. I would definitely order from ISHETAO again. Since my daughter hasn't had much time to use these knives, I'll update later.

I love these. The price was great, the quality is way better than I expected and they look very elegant. Knives made from a single piece of metal have a great design. Please Note: Be sure to follow the drying instructions immediately if you decide to put them in the dishwasher (permanent dishwasher water stains as well as premature wear are likely). I rarely put knives in the dishwasher anyway, so it didn't bother me.

The only reason I bought these knives is because they are advertised as dishwasher safe. I have high quality steak knives that cannot be washed in the dishwasher. I ordered them when I need a quick clean. Unfortunately, they got rust spots the first time they were put in the dishwasher. After some manipulations, the rust spots disappeared. The knives are heavy and cut steaks beautifully, the price convinced me, but I've had knives that have done that.

Now I can serve meat for everyday family meals because I have quality sharp knives. They're perfect for family or fun - they're just as good as the wooden handles I've recently bought for special occasions. I am very satisfied and I strongly recommend that you stop looking for quality knives that will give you many years of pleasure. At first I really liked these knives: they are very sharp, cut smoothly and easily. But I've been using them for less than a month and there are very strange spots on some of the knives that can't be removed or wiped off - spots that seem like rust spots to me.
