I purchased a unit with a 20% discount that had scratches/dents or other cosmetic damage. I would have thought it would be brand new if it weren't for a few small scratches. The box suffered the most. All parts were there. I used clamps but will end up drilling holes for them. So far it's a lot more than I expected. After everything worked out, I was able to stick with it and do almost hillbilly gymnastics. We could have a party later and do just that. Seriously, it's a tough, sturdy build. I am completely satisfied with the product. Will I recommend? Yes I would. We are absolute RV lovers so this adds another layer for me to be able to haul longer outdoor items like our gazebo, stairs, 10ft curtains, etc. This is perfect for the 2010 F-350 XLT years with an 8ft bed. . I also have a Tommy gate and that didn't bother this design either. Now I'll see if they have any addons for it and maybe buy them. Oh, the install time was about an hour.
