Works great with standard DD grinds. I had no problems with the grind going through. Follow the instructions, fill up with hot water and get ready for a great cup of joe in the country. Things to look out for: 1) I usually try to pack gear in gear but not on this pup as it may scratch or deform. It's a little unwieldy for something I have to leave blank, but it's worth the sacrifice for the flavor compromise WORTH IT. I will never go back to bags.
