I like how easy it was to set up our first account as we didn't have any experience with these products before going live! The support team are super helpful in getting over hurdles along your way if you get stuck or feel there's something missing from their platform after setting everything out for them prior - they're quick at responding even when things can be quite vague (for example "could this work" instead of what would make me happy). We don' really dislike anything just yet except maybe having multiple options within some screens which were more easily accessible by using tabs rather than switching between windows/screens? It makes access less time consuming & easier because all information will still always appear together so no need go back'; forward again looking through pages trying find one thing only once but being able too then look further down.
