As good as any other review, especially Umberto, Mimi & Rawr. Yes, this is a thick, high quality stainless steel that actually requires a basic induction cooktop to work on induction cooktops. For a year there were no problems with the pan. Great taste. No cheap China-made liners/parts, be it plastic or aluminum, so it doesn't taste bad or start to loosen/fall apart after months, and there are no adjustment or scrolling issues like some other products. And it's top quality, even better than the Italian brands with cheap Chinese seals or liners according to these reviews, but still costs almost as much as this coffee pot. High quality stainless steel product from Taiwan. Yes, it would have been pretty fun 25 years ago, but unlike pretty much everything that continues to come from China and is still just cheap, almost disposable junk, Taiwan is now producing some quality stuff, and this is a prime example. The only thing to keep in mind is that while hard water is easy to clean, it leaves marks on the inside of the floor that may need a little cleaning.
