This is a well made tool. You'll need a 1/2" x 18" or 24" breaker to hold it in place. I use a Neiko 1/2" x 24". If you're changing Honda timing belts with this tool, you'll also need one good 19mm socket Go through the center of this tool These screws are VERY difficult to get out so I use a 3/4" deep DeWalt impact socket https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/ B01N7F3Z73/ ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1This tool is perfect. You will also need 20" extensions and a 24" breaker to loosen the bolt. I use a set of Neiko 3/4" shockproof extensions (3pcs) 24" pry bars. All of the tools I've mentioned are compatible, work well in combination, appear to be well made, and inexpensive. In the end I will have tools to keep. The 4-foot pipe above the 24-inch breaker makes the job a little easier. Watch a YouTube video on how to change the belt and you should be fine.
