Media could not be loaded. I tested this accuracy on an internal thermometer I placed in my oven and a built in thermometer, it was within 2-3° of both. So that seems very accurate to me. The thermometer actually comes with batteries, which was a nice touch that most of these electronic devices don't have. I also like the feature where I don't have to hold the shutter button down the whole time. As soon as the trigger is released, the screen stops and allows you to read what it has been projecting. In August they can work between Celsius and Fahrenheit, which is good, I want to use it in Fahrenheit. I plan to use it for searing steaks and baking pizza in my pizza oven! What a neat little tool!
