It doesn't fit snugly in the USB-C port

I was very happy to find this device. It's small, light, doesn't take up much space, and still gives me the extra USB 3.0 port, headphone jack, PD connector, and even HDMI that I need. It would have been nice to have an SD card reader, but you couldn't stuff it in and salvage the packaging. But. But it looks cheap; it seems cheap; and it doesn't fit snugly in the USB port on my iPad Pro. I'm not sure I want to rely on its reliability and electrical integrity. He is expected to return to Revain on Monday.
