The replacement drive is a bit louder than the original, but otherwise functionally equivalent. After placing an order, I noticed that other sellers include the required 3-blade screwdriver. to install. Didn't want to reorder because I figured I'd find it in my stack of tools. Turns out the one I have was too small. I had to order the right size and wait another 2 days. Don't make this mistake - test your tools first. You need Y0 and a very small Philips #00 (which is much more common).
