Fat Guy Doing Yoga.

TOTALLY worth it.I am a morbidly obese man learning to do yoga for the first time and these have helped immeasurably. Solid and durable but light enough they don't cause a problem to move, these have helped me get into position I couldn't reach otherwise.

Pros

Can be used for stretches and postures in physical therapy

Cons

May not be as effective at reducing tension in certain areas of the body
