Update: As mentioned the new rollers are larger than the original rollers and will not fit my track. Of the two rollers in the assembly, one has a bad bearing and will barely turn. Now that I have experience I am changing my rating to one star. I recommend not buying them if you can find an alternative. Three years ago a contractor used these rollers to support a front gate that was sold. The bearings are worn but I gave five stars believing the rollers will last a long time when used with a hollow core door. Other reviewers report problems with videos. I use identical replacement parts because I can get the job done without removing the door. I will be installing the appropriate fittings in the rebuild later this year. Replacing the rollers without dismantling the door: A metal embossing with a latch is screwed to the door. The trolley shaft is fixed in the embossing. A gap at the end of the rail allows the roller carriage to be removed. I used two air washers (search Revain for "inflatable wedge with air washers") to raise the door and relieve the roller shafts. Open the latches on both rams to release the shafts, then lower the door to the ground. Bring the rollers to the end of the track and pull them out through the gap. Proceed in reverse order to hang the door.
