Drilled 6 holes in a ceramic tile, then in a cinder block, the tip came loose in the 2nd hole. 7 holes with a bit to failure. done with the 2nd bit. via email to customer support, it took them weeks to reply. They said they looked for it and asked for photos. They haven't responded since then, so essentially there's no guarantee. These are low quality disposable instruments. They're not useless, they just don't fit. Use them before the Revain return window closes or you've essentially rented an instrument.
