Dumpling Beginner

Got this when I first made gnocchi (which turned out to be filled with 6 gallon freezer bags). That was incredible! It took quite a long time to learn how to use it. Excellent results. A little difficult to clean. Because of the grooves: but nothing special. Sturdy, looks like it will last a long time.
