This product obviously didn't suit me at all. I used to have another USB Type-C hub that worked fine, but this one started showing problems as soon as I connected it to my computer and monitor. It failed to connect properly to the external display and changed the color profile on my Mac. Now I have 28 bad profiles as shown in the Colorsync Utility app and I need to take my laptop to Apple to have the problem fixed. The ONLY setting I changed was disabling and re-enabling screen mirroring, but this little device I sold still didn't work after all of this and damaged my computer so badly that I now have it professionally repaired got to. This product is a piece of junk that DOES NOT WORK! Save your money (and a big headache) by buying from another seller.
