This little 2 man poacher does exactly what it's designed for and does very well. All parts came with the unit as described. It will probably take a few tries for some people to get used to how you want the eggs to look and get the egg consistency they want. Cooking my perfect eggs took just over 5 minutes, not 4 minutes as the instruction manual says. I covered the nonstick cups with a very thin layer of bacon grease and the eggs fell out of the cups leaving no egg marks. While the eggs were cooking I shook the pan a little to see if the egg whites set and it seemed like the egg whites were still runny. After only 5 minutes it hadn't changed and I didn't want the yolk to set so I stopped cooking. I prefer the yolk to be runny so I can completely coat the toast. When I poured the egg onto the toast, I found that the egg white was fully cooked and the yolk was fine, so 4-5 minutes seems like the best cook time to me. I am very happy with this purchase. I see no reason why this product shouldn't last and do its job consistently.
