Went to an outdoor wedding.Not once did my heels sink in. I had to heat them up a bit in hot water to get them to go onto my heel. Then - PERFECT! And they didn't fall off. I had to get in touch with customer service due to ordering the wrong size. They were fantastic and made sure I was happy. Very nice product. Very nice business.
