I have a large 68 gallon auxiliary fuel tank in my 3500 truck when I move RVs. My electronic transfer pump has had some issues lately which I think I have resolved. I have found that sometimes I can only work on the main tank. There was only a cheap hand pump that was dirty and didn't work at all. When I fill up at truck stops, the main tank filler cannot hold the volume that semi-trailer tanks can hold due to the supply line from the auxiliary tank. This made the process very slow. Now I can stop and fill up my front tank with this pump before going to the truck island to fill up the auxiliary tank. Saves time! The pump works as described. Fuel flows back into the filler neck without splashing. My only complaint is that I wish the hose was 48" instead of 42". That's perfectly adequate for me, but 6 inches more would be nice. The pump runs fast and smoothly on 2-D bits and I keep spares in my tool bag. I've only had it for about a week, but I'm very happy with how it works.
