Review on Brinkmann Shish Kabob Set 9021 by Adrianne Jimenez

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Design flaws but a good deal for less than $8.

We've used this several times over the past month, from kebab novices to kebab pros. Before moving on to the product itself, I have to point out the simplest lessons we've learned from cooking. Do not stir the contents on each skewer. If you really want everything to be well cooked, let's make a skewer of mushrooms that will take forever to cook; Vegetables and fruit take a little less time, but meat takes a different time, scallops just need sautéing, and steak and chicken take time. The lesson is that mixed skewers end up with just one perfectly cooked dish and everything else is overcooked or undercooked. On the pros and cons of the topic. Pros: - Easy to fold and store, fits all 6 skewers, good spacing and easy to place and take off. - Skewers are made of V-shaped metal, not round or square, which provides traction when the skewer turns. and the food turns, instead of turning the tables, and the food stays still. - Easy to clean and store outside. Simply leave on the grill and clean with a wire brush and reuse. - a very inexpensive item. the box seems a bit cramped, sometimes the items are crowded, so you can put the skewer on the grill. I feel like I lose a good 1.5 to 2 inches at the end of each skewer. If you're grilling things wider than 1.5 inches, they're still touching the grill. Putting it off for a long time is a little harder than just putting it in the dishwasher and then tossing it in a drawer or cupboard. You'll have to scrape a lot to get rid of anything that might have been burned on the side. and then you can still fold the box in half as is or not. - it lost a star
