Review on 🔌 Convenient Outdoor Z-Wave Plus On/Off Light and Appliance Plug- SmartThings/Wink/Alexa Compatible (ZW96) by Roman Starr

At first I was happy with this outdoor Z-Wave plug, but after just over a month of use, I found that my landscape lighting controlled by this device stays on 24 hours a day . Initially I was able to just unplug the unit and it worked again for a few days but now the light comes on and stays on 24 hours a day. The manual on/off switch on the device also no longer works. This company is based in Hong Kong and there is no reasonable way for a US resident to get warranty assistance. I am very disappointed with this product due to the lack of warranty for a very new product so I will not be purchasing their products again. I am about to order a GE outdoor module to replace. This one ends up in a landfill somewhere.
