Review on AIRCARE 1043 Replacement Space Saver Wick (1): Optimal Air Quality Solution by Kristopher Tight

I have been using the Essick humidifier for several years with good results. I just change the wick every year. I installed a new wick this year and launched the humidifier in November 2016. In January it just stopped absorbing water and stopped working. When I removed the wick it was hard and dry above the waterline. I will try another one and then look for an alternative. UPDATE - ordered a new wick, installed it in January and stopped absorbing water in March. I don't know what's changed about these filters, but the new ones are terrible. Looking for an alternative.
