I have used this product once and can say the blades are too sharp. I know it sounds like no problem. Of course they're spicy, it's a grater! But as if the teeth were too far off the plane. When I tried to peel the lemon, the lemon got stuck in my teeth and my hand kept moving. As I continued to peel the lemon, it caught on my teeth several times and flew out of my hand almost as many times. There are also holes/slots on the blade cover for some reason. Seems like a great way to cut my hand when I reach for the drawer. I am giving this item away. I have already ordered a replacement brand name.
