Item arrived ahead of schedule and as described. It worked great. I have some reviews over time (about 8 minutes) to make a hole and I was ready for it. Took me about 3 minutes without water by cooling the bit every 30 seconds on average. I made 3 holes; the product worked well and I know I can make 30-40 more.Very satisfied and definitely recommend.
