Review on 🚴 Santic Women's Bike Pants: 4D Padded Cycling Tights for Long Rides – Breathable & Quick-Dry Trousers by Casey Oliver

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice pants, good price and great customer service to fix any fit issues!

This is an updated review. I bought another pair of Santics and tried to order these long ones in the same size. They didn't look alike at all! I couldn't even put them on. So I left a rather negative review and their support rep contacted me and was very concerned about the resolution of my issue. I finally have a pair that fits (albeit in a different size - their sizes seem to be a bit inconsistent). So many stars for customer service. I would only give 4 stars for the fit. They are very small even using their dimensional grid. The waist seems to be quite large and it's not as wide as other brands, making it much more comfortable. Order at least one size up, maybe two. Once you've entered it for a specific brand, you can change the order with confidence. Now I know I need to order two full sizes up because their size chart is extremely inaccurate. The suede pillow is really good and in the RIGHT PLACE! That's what I like best about these pants. It's not too high in the back like a diaper, but hugs the sit bones like it should. The 4D cushion really helps on long rides - 20+ miles or a few hours. Other pads are ok, just feel a little "thin" after about an hour. The final point in sizing these long pants is the length - they are short. I have very short legs, 28" inseam, and size XL is still about 2" above my ankles. They are designed for Asians, and Asians tend to be small, so you need to be aware of that. I assume the picture is correct, but I was expecting longer trousers. Good quality. I have worn my other pair hundreds of miles and washed them many times and they are holding up great. I believe they will do the same. Their fabric is light, the wind blows through them. If you need long pants for warmth then I would suggest compression pants. This fabric serves as a windbreak. I will be ordering the next ones for windy winter trips and will be reordering this brand.
