This Wiez system has really solved our problems with bloodhounds leaving the area! We live in the countryside on 135 acres. We really didn't want to fence our log home, plus our dogs are diggers and would have climbed under the fence anyway. We've looked at the GPS system, but it just sends a message to a wearable device that you have to control. The Weiz system works without the need to constantly monitor dogs. Once they've been briefed on how the system works, when they get close to the range limit, they'll turn around and hear the beep and feel the vibration! Dogs don't like being electrocuted, so just a few times and they'll know! Now we can turn callers on in the morning and let them out the door without worrying about them walking out of range. We have a small stream on our property and they play in the water disturbing the frogs. Collars are waterproof, no problem. The battery lasts a long time too, all day for sure. The Weiz system is really economical and deserves rest!
