You can use the medical mastermind EHR for a number of things, but the most helpful is the billing. I have had problems for years getting insurance companies to pay me for my medical billing. I have been able to eliminate a lot of that with the medical mastermind EHR. It has been a lifesaver. I am not sure how to rate the program. It is very good. I wish there were some free trials. There are a lot of things in the program I wish I could use for free. But if you have to pay for it, it is worth it. You need to give it a try. I have been able to reduce the amount of time I spend on billing and billing insurance companies. I like the ability to create custom forms and fields. I also like the ability to create custom reports and the ability to email reports to other users. The ability to send an email to the patient is a little bit difficult to use. I also dislike that we cannot use the system to send faxes. I have been able to use this software to create custom forms and fields for our practice.
