Really like this chain. I have a Great Dane and 24" was a bit big for him but it works and looks great. It's also a pretty strong chain but I wouldn't use it for long walks if your large or giant breed is prone to it to pull unless they respond well to choke chains otherwise this is a great chain beautiful with its black and white color scheme I had no trouble stretching the rings like the others either its harder than a regular choke -Chain but not hard enough to UPDATE: It's been 4 years since I bought this chain and surprisingly it's holding up very well. It's definitely turned out more rose gold than regular gold. The o-rings expanded into ovals, when trying to restrain my dog when not holding him on a leash.but that is 100% to be expected when you are trying to argue with a 150 lb dog.overall love this chain and have right in front of the write ordered a replacement after this update. In the last few days I keep finding the chain with its n ek and on the ground. I suspect it's because it's very itchy, but something happens that makes the chain fall off, which has never happened before. So I figured it was old enough and I could buy a new one. 2ND UPDATE: When I got the 2nd chain, it was significantly shorter than the first chain. It still fits my dog but not as well as the previous one. I decided to keep it anyway. He wore it for about a month and a half, and his white fur turned gray under the chain. He also developed a rash all over his chest. He had never had an allergic skin reaction to anything before. I'm not 100% sure that the rash is caused by the new chain, but of course if the rash goes away after removing the chain then I wouldn't recommend buying that chain. I will update my review when his rash goes away. 3. UPDATE: I just got home from the vet after spending $145 on an exam and medication for an allergic reaction and infection my dog contracted from this network. Do not buy this chain.
