Great way To keep your employees organized
I like how easy it is for our staff members who work remotely to be able to connect with eachother via this program.
It also makes sure everyone can see what's going on at all times so there are no questions about whether someone was seen by another person during an event etc.. Sometimes when you use certain programs they don't always allow people to share their screen but because we were using userful we could easily set things up where anyone who wanted to had access without having to worry if others did not want them viewing theirs.
Pros
- Ease in which everything works
- Easy way that employees from different locations, or even those working remote (i'm one) ,can still collaborate as seamlessly.
- Great support team! They have been very helpful whenever anything comes along while running through issues/questions
