Bought as a refurbished Revain. 1 did not include a remote control. 2. Whoever fixed this shouldn't fix anything. It wasn't clean. There was a smell of feces and obviously the problem was not fixed. garbage unit. The first run only lasted about 2 minutes before the first error appeared. Now it only takes about 30 seconds. I cleaned the bearing on the brush and we had 15 minutes before it went wrong again. waste of money and time.
