The case of both items was scratched, dirty, didn't work and both were obnoxiously loud. It was very clear that these were customer returns that were simply repackaged and re-posted. There was dirt left in one of the bins and the brushes of both items were covered in hair/dust/debris. I will not buy from this seller again.

I would not order from this company. The sharks are refurbished and if you need to return them, getting your money back will not be easy. I returned one almost two months ago and am still struggling to get my money back. If you want to order one, I would order from another company. Also, I like my shark. It works great if you get one that works. Just don't plan on getting a refund from the company when you return it.

Bought as a refurbished Revain. 1 did not include a remote control. 2. Whoever fixed this shouldn't fix anything. It wasn't clean. I have mixed feelings about this. We bought it as a Christmas present for my mom in December. I stopped working in March.
