When the "Shark Tornado" worked, it cleaned our hardwood floors well. However, what I noticed from day one is that it doesn't return to its dock. Sometimes if you put him right in front of the pier he will find you. Other times he turned 180 degrees and was surprised again. Sometimes he couldn't even get out of the docking station. He just sat there and hummed. Now, after just a few weeks of use, it won't charge making it unusable. I have delayed posting in hopes that the company will respond to my warranty request but I have not had any response from them yet.
