Review on 🧀 White Westmark Germany Multipurpose Stainless Steel Cheese and Food Slicer with Adjustable Thickness Dial and Board by Albert Wallin

I've had this slice for about a month now and I'm definitely glad I bought it. I got this after getting fed up with previous clippers constantly breaking wires. The blade makes cutting easy and even. If you want slices of cheese that are thin enough to let light shine through, this is your slicer. It can also make thicker slices throughout if you want. There are only two things I noticed while using this slicer. Firstly, when the blade is pressed against the cutting board when cutting, it can cut off the top corners of the white plastic cutting board for the first pair of slices. I noticed little white chips on my cheese and after understanding where they were coming from I made a few slices to intentionally try to shave off the remaining corners and then made sure to cut straight down from there. I haven't noticed any chips since then. Second, you need to put something under the board to catch the cheese as you cut it if you don't want it to just fall on the counter, table, etc. Just two things to note. know, but do not affect the performance of the slicer.
