I teach a make class and after comparing 12 multimeters in this price range ($20-$30) I chose this one because it has the most features, it comes with a battery (some of the gauges don't include a battery), and the measurements (especially the frequency measurement) are fairly accurate. It certainly can't compete with the Fluke gauge I have, but for a make class on a budget this really is the best you can find on the market.
