Great idea and nice device. Took 5 weeks - sent for repair - called support after 6 weeks. A replacement could not be found and a ransom was offered. It's been 6 months already. No check, no TV. Called them - they're about to write a check. I don't know when the check will be sent. When purchasing, be sure to keep the sales receipt and all documentation. "Save the original packaging" and any documents that came with the device.
