I have a kinda thin waist about 30". I could put the belt on and put the weights and do my workout but it didn't feel that tight I wanted a more secure feel. So i looped the hooks on the chain around twice before hooking it to the belt. After that it was pretty good. I just started progressive overloading for dips and pull ups. So far I only put 20 lbs on it. Only had it for about 2 weeks to a month maybe. Ill update this in the future if anything happens.
