These are my favorite spatulas for my electric skillet! Not only are they great for everything from silver dollar pancakes to grilled sandwiches and burrito-sized flatbreads, they're well-inclined to get under food and rise without pinching. For me personally, the bevel is very important. I hate struggling to get my spatula under my food and it's NEVER a problem with them. They glide very well even under the most delicate objects (like pancakes). These spatulas bend easily but are strong enough to lift heavier products. Usually just a quick rinse in the dishwasher too, but if something gets stuck (like an egg) the kitchen brush will effortlessly remove it before it goes in the dishwasher. If color is important, orange is a good pumpkin color. . I personally chose orange for easy finding in my dish basket because they really are my favorite spatulas!
