Review on Steel Rings Welded Nickel Plate by Sasha Hsiao

The rings were better than I expected! They have a shiny surface and the weld is almost invisible. I built a center speaker/HDTV stand for our master bedroom TV. It is mounted on a dresser at the foot of the bed. I used 1" wood dowels to attach the top platform to the base plate. This is where 1" rings come in. The rings simply slide onto 1" wood dowels, creating a finish for the dowels to join with the upper and lower platforms come into contact. I am very happy with how the stand for the nickel rings worked. I tried to make the stand look like a Greco-Roman one. Well, the further you are from the booth, the better it looks! Ha ha!
