Terrible customer service. Bought this computer new. Turned it on and it brought me to a locked screen asking me to enter someone's password. This computer was clearly used, then returned and never restarted. So I call Lenevo customer service. Waited on hold for an hour to reach someone. The man then moved me, which took another hour. The tech support guy said he couldn't and I had to pay $70 for level 2 tech support if I wanted help bypassing the locked screen on a brand new computer. She wouldn't let me speak to the manager when I asked. The company's chat service was also down. Of course, this computer will be sent back.
