Because sometimes it freezes, many things pop up and ask for money, I have to unplug and plug it in again. I want to replace it with another one or have it repaired. Thanks

The computer did not contain an optical drive and this information was not included. There is a place for him, but he is not. I tried to replace it, but I bought it in May and didn't install it until July 1st, so I wasn't allowed to do it. I had to buy an external optical drive from another source, hope it works.

Terrible customer service. Bought this computer new. Turned it on and it brought me to a locked screen asking me to enter someone's password. This computer was clearly used, then returned and never restarted. So I call Lenevo customer service. Waited on hold for an hour to reach someone. The man then moved me, which took another hour.
