Can't complain for the price
The zoom/snap buttons on the side don't do anything, even with the "Digital Viewer" software you download from their site. Their tip on how to zoom/focus and then zoom again was helpful though and I got some really good 640x480 images of a 3D printer model (the silver/glitter image), and an extreme close-up of the black threads of my shirt.
