Defective or very cheap parts - poor customer service

I bought a hub and bearings for both sides for a 2009 Honda Accord and they worked fine for the first few months but now my car works. loud hum, much worse than before and now my mechanic says I need to replace it again. So much money was spent after that and when I tried to contact the support team they didn't answer. Why is this product sold on Amazon at all? DO NOT BUY.
